Researcher Elvira Fortunato won the Pessoa 2020 Award, the jury announced today, in an online broadcast.
Scientist, full professor and Vice-Rector of Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, specialist in Microelectronics and Optoelectronics, Elvira Fortunato is an engineer by training and in her curriculum there is a list of inventions and innovations “where the paper transistor stands out”, says the minutes of the Person Award 2020.
