Is this change, introduced with the pandemic, here to stay?<\/p>\n<p>The National Commission for Access to Higher Education (CNAES) promises to launch a \u201cgreat debate\u201d on the rules of access to universities and polytechnics in the last quarter of this year. The model has been the same for almost two decades and both the Ministry of Education and the National Education Council (CNE) are in favor of changes.
